Stay In Costa Rica offers you the best management and renting solution for your accommodation in Los Sueños Resort and Marina.
We have designed a customer oriented network of services to maximize the experience of your guests. Our on site management team will ensure a quick response to your client’s needs and will provide the quality services you deserve.
We are the only company that for more than five years has deliver the best renting and management answers to the exclusive owners of Los Sueños Resort and Marina.

 

MANAGEMENT

 

Stay In Costa Rica will provide these on-site property services:

 

• 24/7 front desk reception.
• Full time concierge and customer services.
• Full time Manager on property as your personal contact and to assure you a smooth running operation.
• Bill payments (owner’s responsability to provide funds in advance to cover these items):
            • Utilities (phone, electricity, internet)     • HOA fees     • Insurance
• Weekly property inspection:
            • Leaks (bathroom and kitchen fixtures, hot water tank, dishwasher, washing machine)
            • Windows and doors secured
            • General cleanliness (stains, mildew, etc)
            • Appliances functioning (fridge, air conditioner)
• Crisis management and emergency control:
            • Alarms     • Leaks     • Fire
• Preparation for entry authorization for guests.
• Elaboration of monthly statements (income and expenses).

 

In addition we are happy to provide the following additional services, which will be billed separately on a la carte basis:

 

• Cleaning services (regular schedule or as required, $7,5 per hour)
• Payment of property taxes
• Repairs and preventative maintenance
• Insect fumigation
• Plants maintenance and care
• Translation / interpretation
• Interior design and decorating
• Purchasing of furniture and equipment
• Welcome Packages (Survival $20 & Basic $40)
• Set up of Utility services:
            • Telephone (residential).
            • Cable or dial-up Internet depending on availability.
            • Electricity.
            • Content and liability insurance.
• Supervision of deliveries:
            • Furniture
            • Appliances
            • Packages
• Other services as requested by owner.

 

Management Rates: $100 per month for any property.

 

RENTAL PROGRAM

The Stay In Costa Rica Rental Program removes all the hassle involved in renting your property. Our rental rates includes:

 

• Complete control of guests check-in and check out
• 24/7 customer service
• Concierge services
• Tours & Transportation Desk
• Fishing Desk
• Welcome package
• Daily maid service
• Coordination of special requests (chef services, catering, baby sitting, grocery lists)
• Inventory control

 

RENTAL FEES

• Stay In Costa Rica’s Direct Client:
   30% to 37% of the rack rate listed on the web page.

*These rates include all the services listed above.

While Owner Guests use the unit, no commission will be taken, but the cleaning involved will be charged to the owner’s statement. Stay In Costa Rica will not be responsible for damaged, broken or missing items while the owner guest is in the unit.
