Condominiums

One Bedroom Condominiums: Max Occupancy 2 People.
Two Bedroom Condominiums: Max occupancy 4 People.
Three Bedroom Condominiums: Max occupancy 6 People.

Maximum Number of occupants include Adults and infants.
The maximum allowed of registered and non registered guests is strictly enforced by security. No exceptions allowed.

Private Homes

On some homes the maximum number of can be altered for a special event as a dinner or gathering. Only with written approval of the Management company.

• Casa de mi Hermano: Occupancy limit 7 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 3
• Villa La Perla: Occupancy limit 8 people. No non registered guest allowed. No groups of single men travelers allowed
• Casa Campana: Occupancy limit 8 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 4.
• Casa Pacifica: Occupancy limit 12 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 6.
• Casa Oasis: Occupancy limit 14 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 7.
• Casa Puesta del Sol: Occupancy limit 12 people. No non registered guest allowed. No groups of single men travelers allowed.
• Casa Patron: Occupancy limit 16 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 10.
• Harmon Estate: Occupancy limit 12 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 6.
• Casa de Sueños: Occupancy limit 18 people. Registered and non registered. Single men max is 9.

The maximum allowed of registered and non registered guests is strictly enforced by security. No Non registered Guest allowed over the Occupancy Limit. No exceptions allowed.
